Description
One of our staple foods in art school, including the dollar-fifty dirty water hot dogs sold by Philly street vendors was the Philly soft pretzel. We would run down the street on break, slam our quarter down (yes, they were a quarter!), slather mustard on and run back to art class. It was a sad day when the pretzel/hot dog vendor wasn’t there. Maybe that’s why I wanted to paint its portrait: so it will always be around.
You can gaze on its salty goodness whenever you want.
