I’m very excited that my postcards, designed by KT Designs in West Chester, PA, are in! On the left side is my piece, ‘Provision 1’, which will be one of 18 pieces of art from different artists reproduced on large banners on High Street in West Chester, throughout the summer! ‘Provision 2’ is on the right of the card.
Both pieces are a picture of God’s provision in tough times, and from the strangest and most surprising sources. In this case: ravens. You see, ravens are selfish birds. They are pranksters. They can count, and they are extremely smart. They have been known to tag-team wolves, like sets of thieves, one of them getting the wolf’s attention and the other stealing its food. So, for God to have used ravens to provide for the exhausted Elijah was a miracle. And He still does it today!
So keep a look out for this piece in West Chester when you’re cruising down High Street–just keep your eye on the road so you’re not provided with a ticket.
