During this time of lockdown, I’ve had a chance to get lots of art done, as well as other stuff; writing, cleaning, praying and thinking.
This painting started with the figure, in black and white. I liked that, so I did another because I had colors in mind. Because of the strange angle, I was thinking: this will either be amazing, or will tank. But, I figured I would take the chance. Paint is forgiving, and you can paint over it. So here’s the final product.
I know we’re in crazy times right now, and that moods can go from hopeful to ‘what is coming next’? But God is still in control. He is with us. With me. With you. What are you doing during this time to keep busy?
