I’m working on this new technique with portraits that is really fun, and people seem to like it! It makes me a little nervous to do, because if I blow the paint in the wrong direction, it could ruin hours of detailed painting on the face. Then again, maybe it just adds character? I guess it’s all about risk-taking. And judging from the response I got from hundreds of Eagles fans on one of the Facebook fan groups, Eagles Bleed Green Mafia, I think it was successful! I was only going to do one more–Carson Wentz–but I think I am going to need to fill out my portfolio, according to the sports card companies who want to see more than a few samples. I’ll keep you updated!
